It can quickly and accurately detect various size defects of the SIM card holder. The measurement accuracy is as high as ± 0.01mm, and the detection speed is as high as 500-1200pcs/min. It fully realizes the automation of the detection process, which can not only greatly save labor costs, but also improve the detection efficiency.

The mobile phone SIM card holder automatic detection equipment is equipped with AI in-depth learning software, which can identify and detect various defects on the SIM card holder, such as scratches, deformation, mixing, radium engraving, multi engraving and missing engraving, unclear characters and so on, and automatically classify NG products and OK products by means of continuous training and marking of product size defect characteristics. Further improve the detection accuracy.
